By using BrightStar Motor Policy Manager, you agree to these terms.
Purpose
The app is a business-management tool for organising information. It does not provide insurance, legal, tax or financial advice and does not replace official insurer or government records.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information entered into the app, maintaining authorised access to your account, and reviewing records before relying on them.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features, when offered, are processed through Google Play and are subject to the displayed plan, price, billing period and Google Play policies. Available features may evolve through updates.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful material or use the app to violate another person’s rights.
Availability
We work to keep the app reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may depend on device settings, internet access and third-party services.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by applicable law, BrightStar Technologies is not responsible for indirect loss arising from inaccurate user-entered data, missed reminders, unavailable third-party services or unauthorised account use.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
