Account Deletion

The current app source includes a “Delete Account” item in Settings, but the supplied source does not connect that item to an account-deletion flow. We therefore cannot claim that account deletion can currently be completed from inside the app.

Request assistance

For assistance with an account-deletion request, contact support.landlord@gmail.com using the email address associated with your account. Please do not send passwords or other secret authentication information.

Important information

Before we publish a final deletion commitment, the account and data deletion process must be implemented and verified so we can accurately explain which account data is deleted, the expected processing time, and any information that must be retained by law.

Deleting the app from your device is not the same as deleting an account or removing any backup files stored in a Google Drive account you control.
