Please read these Terms carefully. They define the intended use of LANDLORD MANAGER, user responsibilities, third-party services, subscriptions, advertisements, disclaimers and limitations.
1. Acceptance
By using LANDLORD MANAGER, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Nature of the Application
LANDLORD MANAGER is a software tool intended to help users organize property, tenant, rent, payment, expense, document and related records. It is not a legal, tax, accounting, financial, collection or property-management advisory service.
3. No Business or Financial Guarantee
We do not guarantee increased income, business growth, profitability, occupancy, successful rent collection, reduction of vacancies, avoidance of disputes, recovery of money or any particular financial or business result.
4. User-Entered Information
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of information and documents you enter, import, store, export or share through the application.
5. Tenant and Third-Party Information
If you enter information relating to tenants, occupants, employees, owners or other individuals, you are responsible for having the appropriate authority, permission or lawful basis to collect, use and manage that information.
6. Local Storage and Backups
The application may store information and documents locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important records. We do not guarantee that locally stored information or documents will never be lost, corrupted, deleted, damaged, inaccessible or unavailable.
7. Google Drive and Third-Party Services
Google Drive backup and restore, where provided and used by you, is a user-directed third-party service. We do not control Google's availability, systems, security, retention or policies. The same principle applies to other third-party applications and services used through the application.
8. Documents and Data Transfers
You are responsible for deciding which documents and information to upload, store, export or share. Once information is transferred to a third-party application or service, that service's terms and privacy policy may apply.
9. Calculations, Reports and Records
Balances, rent calculations, summaries, reminders, reports and other generated information are provided as management aids. You should independently verify important information before relying on it for legal, financial, tax, accounting or other consequential decisions.
10. Notices and Reminders
Messages, reminders, notices and templates generated or assisted by the application are provided for convenience and do not constitute legal advice or guarantee compliance with any particular law, contract, notice period or procedure. Obtain professional advice where required.
11. Advertisements
The Free version may display advertisements from third-party advertising providers. We do not control or endorse every advertisement, advertiser, product, service, claim, price or external destination. Interactions or transactions with advertisers are between you and the relevant third party, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Pro Subscription
An active eligible Pro subscription may provide the features described at the time of purchase, including an ad-free experience where stated. Subscription availability, pricing, benefits and eligibility are subject to the applicable purchase terms and app-store rules. If the entitlement expires, is cancelled, refunded, revoked or otherwise becomes inactive, Pro-only benefits may cease.
13. Third-Party Accounts
Google authentication, email services, Google Drive, app stores, advertising providers, messaging applications and other third-party services are independent services. Their availability and operation are outside our control.
14. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, replace or discontinue features, services or versions of the application when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. User Account Security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials and device access secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Email authentication requires verification of the email address before the account is treated as verified.
16. Acceptable Use
You must not use the application for unlawful activity, to infringe another person's rights, to distribute malicious software, to interfere with the application or its services, or in a way that violates applicable law.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application and its features are provided without guarantees that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, secure or suitable for every purpose. We do not promise permanent availability or loss-free operation.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the application, including losses arising from reliance on user-entered data, device failure, third-party services, advertisements, storage failures or business decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the application, your violation of these Terms, or information and documents you submit or share without the required authority or permission.
20. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service protection or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
21. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how information may be processed.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the application, services, legal requirements or business practices change. Where appropriate, continued use or renewed acceptance may be required for material changes.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable law. Any jurisdiction, dispute-resolution or consumer-rights provisions will be applied subject to mandatory rights and laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
