Account and Data Deletion

Transport Eagle is operated by Brightstar Technologies. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email our support team

   Send your request to support.transporteagle@gmail.com.

2. Identify your account

   Include the email address used to sign in and state that you want your Transport Eagle account deleted. Do not send your password or other authentication secrets.

3. Verification and processing

   We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

What happens to your data?

We will process verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and the systems used by the service. Personal data associated with the account will be deleted or de-identified where applicable, subject to information that must or may be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, or enforcing agreements. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted.
