TRANSPORT EAGLE · LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

Operator: Brightstar Technologies · Contact: support.transporteagle@gmail.com

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Transport Eagle. They are written for the intended marketplace and should be reviewed against the production app and applicable local law before being treated as final legal advice.

Effective date: 23 October 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Transport Eagle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the app for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

2. What the service does

Transport Eagle is a marketplace intended to help transport owners, vehicle owners and drivers discover or publish load and vehicle opportunities. Features can change as the app develops. A feature is available only when it is present and working in the released version.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into relevant arrangements and provide accurate registration and profile details. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, do not impersonate another person, and notify support if you suspect account misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Accurate listings

You are responsible for ensuring that each load or vehicle listing is accurate, lawful, current and not misleading. Include only information you are entitled to share. Update or remove a listing when it is no longer available, has been booked, or its details change.

5. Listing duration and booked status

Available, unbooked listings are intended to expire after seven days and must be reposted if still needed. A listing marked as booked may remain visible for the remainder of that day and then be removed according to the app’s cleanup behavior. Exact timing depends on the live implementation; users should not rely on an expired or booked listing as proof that an opportunity remains available.

6. Voice input and language

Where voice input is available, use it only for lawful listing or search purposes and review the recognised text before submitting. Speech recognition can make mistakes. You are responsible for confirming that the final listing is correct. Voice and language features may rely on device capabilities or third-party services.

7. Contact and communication

Contact details displayed by the app are provided to support direct contact between users. Use contact information respectfully and only for legitimate transport-related purposes. Harassment, spam, threats, unsolicited bulk contact or misuse of personal information is prohibited.

8. Independent verification and agreements

Users must independently verify identities, business credentials, vehicle and cargo suitability, permits, insurance, rates, availability, pickup and delivery arrangements, and payment terms before entering an agreement. Transport Eagle does not guarantee another user’s identity, statements, performance or reliability.

9. Payments and commercial arrangements

Unless a feature in the released app expressly says otherwise, transport or freight payments and commercial contracts are arranged directly between users and are not processed or guaranteed by Transport Eagle. Users are responsible for documenting their agreement, invoices, taxes and payment obligations.

10. Prohibited use

You must not post unlawful cargo or false listings; commit fraud; impersonate others; violate another person’s rights; upload malicious code; interfere with the service; scrape or harvest data without permission; harass users; or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

11. Content and permission to operate the service

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You give the service permission to host, store, display and process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and operate the marketplace. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Remove content you no longer have authority to share.

12. Safety, reports and enforcement

Report suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful content or security concerns to support.transporteagle@gmail.com. We may investigate and, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, remove listings, restrict access, suspend accounts or cooperate with lawful requests. We cannot guarantee that every inaccurate or harmful listing will be detected.

13. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes.

14. Third-party services

The app may link to or depend on third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for services outside our reasonable control. Your use of them is subject to their applicable terms.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Transport Eagle is a connection and listing platform, not a freight carrier, broker, insurer, payment intermediary or guarantor unless expressly identified as such in a separate written agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brightstar Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes, non-payment, cargo loss, delivery failures, vehicle conditions or acts of other users arising from independent arrangements between users. This clause does not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, legal requirements or misuse of the service. Account or data deletion requests can be sent to support.transporteagle@gmail.com; some information may be retained where legally required or permitted.

18. Governing law and disputes

Users should first contact support.transporteagle@gmail.com to attempt to resolve service-related concerns. These terms are subject to the laws applicable to the service and the user, including mandatory consumer protections. Any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution clause will apply only to the extent legally enforceable.

19. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance only where permitted by applicable law; where fresh consent is legally required, we will request it.

20. Contact
